Comments: swimming was ok. 7:16 is my usual time in practice. What would you do differently?: need to get in that pool and practice some more. very little time in the pool. Transition 1
Comments: put my shoes at the transition station, didn't mess with putting them on the bike Bike
Comments: first time in the bike with aero bars. didn't practice. just got them friday. What would you do differently?: don't get sick?!? Transition 2

Comments: was spent when i started running. i had to walk the first 2 minutes or so. i was ready to give up. Post race
Warm down: no warm down. ate a slice of watermelon and a bagel. What limited your ability to perform faster: i got the stomach flu on saturday. was up all night making trips to the bathroom. not enough sleep and raced with the stomach flu. i think i did ok for being sick. feel dissapointed because i had trained so hard for this event.
