Okay swim, I was satisfied but still it keeps me out of the podium for my age group every single time. So just need to be faster.

This was horrible but so was every ones. The RD tried to put 400+ people into a transition area the size of 35 square yards. Way too small. Actually had to pick up my bike and carry it on my back to get through without banging someones bike or running into someone. Horrible t1. Hope the RD fixes this for the future.

Point to point race so you have to open a bag with your shoes and change. Also didn't know I was near transition and didn't get my feet out of my shoes. Another bad transition.

Bad run. All of the County fair traffic ruins your breathing. The exhaust fumes and all of the dead animals cause you to really battle the smells. But it has a great finish in the fair grounds!

Go faster!

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Swim, and too much traffic for run.

Event comments:

I give it a four and not a 5 star basically b/c of the transition areas being out of control small, the traffic, and the post race security of your items. Being a point to point you should have great security and it was lacking. But it was the RD's first and I'm sure he will fix the problems.
