Comments: Terrible job on the swim. I think that coming back from Alabama 2 days before the event made it near impossible to get enough air. What would you do differently?: Definitely wouldn't travel in the week or so before the race. Transition 1
Comments: Next time I will have to try this with the shoes on the bike. Use some glide on my legs where the suit needs to slide off when I am in transition. Bike

Run
Comments: Felt good. Legs were great coming off of the bike since I took some advice from an experienced athelete. Really spun out the legs on the last part of the bike ride. Post race
Warm down: Stretched, consumed a lot of water. What limited your ability to perform faster: Defintely traveling to sea-level before the race really kicked my butt. Got to transition early enough to get a great spot next to the swim and bike entrance/exits. Morning food was Peanut Butter and Jelly toast sandwich, grabbed coffee at starbucks on the way and a bottle of water. Drank water while setting up transition. 30 minutes before start continued to drink water and consumed a Gu energy shot.
