Setting up in transition went well. Wetsuit entry was best ever :)

Running is my worst event and one I need to work on the most. I ran more of it than I did the last time but I had stomach cramps from drinking HEED and quad cramps which came and went.

IT WAS HOT!

run more in training. No more HEED.
