This was a very good swim for me. I swam hard and didn't get off course, but I couldn't find a good draftee. I started to fade with about 200 yards to go.

The run up to the transition area was littered with stickers. I had to spend precious seconds pulling thorns out of my feet!

Event comments:

It's a good event overall, though I'd like to see a larger aid station and some sort of ground cover (sand? carpet?) for the swim to transition run.
