  • Comments: The water was yuck, road condition not so good, no ground matting coming out of the water and up hill to T-1 (there were stickers, broken glass).

  • Comments: It's a good event overall, though I'd like to see a larger aid station and some sort of ground cover (sand? carpet?) for the swim to transition run. HR avg: 170 HR max: 187

  • Comments: Not a whole lot to complain about for my first tri. Can't wait to work on some training improvements and do it again.

  • Comments: The race was well organized; the course was well marked and there were tons of volunteers directing traffic and cheering everyone on. Somehow I got put into the 30-34 age group even though I'm 29...oh well.
