Comments:

Pouring rain for most of the run; very windy and about 45 degrees. Much of the marathon turned into a survival shuffle.
Post race
Warm down:

Very cold after race, had a hard time breathing - almost like asthmatic. Warm bath at the hotel to try to feel better; Muscle Milk to get some protein in, but otherwise really not wanting food.

Event comments:

Very tough day, but my first Ironman!
