Comments: good swim. What would you do differently?: got to the water intime to swim a bit to losen up shoulders. Transition 1
Comments: start line was just befor a long incling so a did not do a flying start just hoped on bike and into left shoe pushed of and kicked in other shoe while climbing Bike
Comments: gong back to transition was a bit hairy as the last wave of athletes were coming up the hills tring to get in shoues ect. they were swerving and the area was only about 6 ft wide. Transition 2

Comments: much tougher than i expected. with the hills I found it difficult to get into a good rythem. It was a challanging run course. What would you do differently?: done a few more hill repeats about a month ago. Post race

got up at 4:30 ate power bar, banana and a bottle of gaterade. drove up to race got ther at about 6:16
Since it was a short bike I rode the bike course to warm up and rane for about 15 min. would have swam but they closed the water.
