Comments: Overall I felt like it was a great swim. The current was with us and I swam very well. I drafted when I could, my navigation was ok (probably could have been better...or worse). I was very comfortable and pushed hard (especially at the end). I am actually suprised that the time here was so slow. What would you do differently?: I forgot body glide on my neck which got pretty chewed up. Swam even harder Transition 1
Comments: I need to work on getting on my bike and keeping the shoes on my bike. What would you do differently?: leave shoes on the bike and jump on. Bike

Comments: My ankle did not hurt, but it was sore. It appears to be getting better. What would you do differently?: I would not have a bad ankle. I would run faster. Post race
Warm down: Iced my ankle. What limited your ability to perform faster: My ankle Event comments: Looking at my overall time, I am suprised at how long this took me.
