Comments:

Overall I felt like it was a great swim. The current was with us and I swam very well. I drafted when I could, my navigation was ok (probably could have been better...or worse). I was very comfortable and pushed hard (especially at the end).

I am actually suprised that the time here was so slow.
What would you do differently?:

I forgot body glide on my neck which got pretty chewed up.

My ankle did not hurt, but it was sore. It appears to be getting better.

I would not have a bad ankle. I would run faster.

Looking at my overall time, I am suprised at how long this took me. I felt better than my time, but I know that I was taking it easy. I think the condition of my ankle had a big impact on this race...it is disappointing.
