Swim
  • 19m 44s
  • 750 meters
  • 02m 38s / 100 meters
Comments:

The swim went very well. Had the chance to draft a lot. Slowed down rounding bouy because the girls in front of me slowed and was blocking me.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing it was great! maybe just find a way to pass girls around bouys...
Transition 1
  • 00m
Comments:

The run to the transitions was long... I had trouble to get the bottom of the wetsuit off because there was no water left inside. But still, I knew what I had to do and it went very well.
What would you do differently?:

If I know I have to run long after the swim then take the whole wetsuit off by the water.
Bike
  • 1h 15m 8s
  • 30 kms
  • 23.96 km/hr
Comments:

Had a great time on the course! We were racing at the same time as half Iron and full Iron races, it was great being surrounded by super athletes like that! Seeing them ride, wow! and passing you at impressive speed!
What would you do differently?:

Keep on training to get that avg speed up!
Transition 2
  • 00m
Comments:

Every thing as planned. I was very glad to have prepared a shirt in case I would need one. I decided to put it on for the race so I would'nt get sun burn, great idea!
What would you do differently?:

Nothing

  • 5 kms
  • 06m 28s  min/km
Comments:

I was feeling good on the run. At the beginning, had a stitch on my side but it passed. I felt strong and I knew I was going to have a good race.
What would you do differently?:

Train more more more...
Post race
Warm down:

Walked around a little and had a good stretching session.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Not enough training...
