Comments:

Clasp on bike shoes stuck so it took me much longer than usual to remove shoe. It cost me 45-60 seconds.

had a hard time with this relatively easy run especially since I'm used to rough trail terrain.
What would you do differently?:

practice bike run bricks to enable myself to perform better on the run segment.
