Got there early and set up - listened to Ipod and wandered. Took short swim to get acclimated to water temp. Transition area very crowded.

Struggled with shirt (got stuck), felt dizzy putting on shoes, but better than my last race.

Get a tank top that's easier to pull on

Nightmare - lost my chain on first corner! Then fell when I forgot to pop my feet off the pedals. Got it fixed in 2 tries, but lost about 5 minutes. Then did the rest of the race with brake pad rubbing on tire.

Check equipment - back wheel may have been alittle loose.

Ran decently and caught several people that passed me on my biking disaster. The hill was brutal - both up and down.
