Comments: Hit the wall around mile 19. Just ran way too hard. Started getting dehydrated and could not take in any food. I was drinking Accelerade while taking Gu's w/ no water. Had terrible stomach cramps around mile 20. What would you do differently?: No accelerade and drink more water. Also, slow down my pace so I could avoid the wall and finish strong. I would have done better if I didn't have to start walking. Post race
