I didn't think I did to bad while on the course but boy did the results show otherwise. I guess I met my goal for 18 mph average over 15 miles that I set earlier this year though.

Just keep working.

I think the course was short but I managed to run all the way without walking :) First time I have run that distance in a tri and only the 3rd time in my life I have ran 6 miles so I was happy about that. I thought I was going to have a harder time on the run because I was pushing pretty hard on the bike but my legs held up.
What would you do differently?:

Just keep training with my run to increase my time.
