Comments: This was a great swim, some current helped others took you off course. All in all it waa a good swim. What would you do differently?: More real OW swimming practice. Missed taking advantages of the swim. Transition 1
Comments: It's amazing I keep improving my transition times and still I rank in the hundreds...but at least I'm getting faster. What would you do differently?: Leave my shoes clipped on the bike, just havent figured out how to do that yet. Bike
Comments: I think I could have done it faster but kept saving a little for it since riding it the week before and new what to expect. I should have just hammered all the way. Ugh! What would you do differently?: See above! Transition 2
Comments: I had the last spot on the transition toward the run exit. So I had a nice run from the swim exit and for the bike exit / enterance! What would you do differently?: Other than throwing the bike and running barefoot I cant think of doing anything other than doing it faster. Run
Comments: I felt good. Dont know why yet I know this could be my best area for improvement. A friend did the run in 43 minutes...thats my goal! Post race

Puffins cereal and milk before leaving the house. A water bottle in the car to hydrate.30 minutes before race start, took a GU 2X Expresso Shot. Lets not forget the obligatory porto-john visit. :)
Stretched for 5 to 10 minutes followed by a swim.
