Wake up at 4:00. Stretch. Eat Cliff Bar. Drink sugar free red bull. Drink Amino Acid Complex. Take 4 Optygen HP tabs. Take 4 aspirin. Take 4 pepto bismal tabs. Sip Motor Tab drink on drive to race. Check equipment.
Set up transition. Visualize transition. Pump tired. Run for a few minutes. Swim a few hundred yards. Check equipment. Make sure bike is in the correct gear. 30 minutes before race: Take three Sportslegs caps. Drink Hornet Juice mixture. Drink EFS Liquid Shot.
