Ingested too much salt water and did not drink enough fluids on bike caused severe stomach trouble during the entire run.
What would you do differently?:

Drink more water before the race and during the bike portion

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Being 208 LBS did not help. Not enough fluids.

Event comments:

Other than the missing water stop all was well put together and managed. The course was smooth and clean with lots of police to manage traffic.
