Comments: Left foot really starting yelling at me at about mile 11 which definitely slowed me a bit and took some mental override. Loved the fact that there were folks all along the course who seemed to know the RTC logo and gave shouts of encouragement. What would you do differently?: Bring FuelBelt - overkill in my opinion, but the water stops were messy (slow) for me today Post race
Warm down: walk it out, stretches - EAT What limited your ability to perform faster: Had a head cold the week preceding and final taper was thrown off as a result, otherwise I hit my goal time of 1:35 so I'm not complaining :-) Event comments: An awesome first half mary (in my opinion :-) Last updated: 2009-10-05 12:00 AM
