Comments: I gave it all I had. Knees were hurting about 1/2 way and beyond, but never escalated. What would you do differently?: Cardio was okay, need stronger muscles for next time. ![]() Post race

Slept well as I was not very stressed. Ate a PB and B toast sandwich for breakfast. Clif bar 30 minutes before heading to the start.
