Warm down: Quick stretch..change into dry clothing and then off to the car to get out of the serious rain fall What limited your ability to perform faster: Rain is the only thing..not controllable by me so not much I can do about it Event comments: Overall best race I've had thus far...even though pretty tough course and heavy rains I hit my traget for this year..on to Providence to push to the extreme.
