What would you do differently?: More long runs and more of a taper. Post race
Warm down: Stumbling to the buffet line. What limited your ability to perform faster: not enough long runs and not enough taper. very tight calves and achilles for the first 3 miles. no time for warm-up. :( Event comments: It was a bloody cold day, but thankfully almost no wind. My goal was 2:30, so I am somewhat disappointed with my time. However, I am happy that I took off almost 10% from my time for my last 1/2 marathon. I should do better on the Police 1/2 on April 30.
