Comments: Swim was overall good. I didn't get kicked in the face so that was good. What would you do differently?: Be momre aggressive at start. Transition 1
Comments: Took way too long in this transition. I can really make up some time by working on this. What would you do differently?: Shoes on pedals already. Buying a new tri-suit that I can wear under the wetsuit to save time. Next year I wil have flip flops or x-tra shoes next to swim entry so I can deal with gravel in T1. Hard to run on. Bike
Comments: Could have pushe dit a little harder on bike but wanted to save some for run. Not sure how I would feel but I guess it was a rookie mistake. Transition 2

Comments: Didn't push myself but I think it was a mental thing with all the hills. Not really sure what was coming up next. tried to pick it up on flat spots but those were few and far between. What would you do differently?: Train for hills. Post race
