Comments: Really satisfied with my swim. This is the second time I have used my wetsuit. Breathing was perfect. Swim needs to be worked on more to build speed. What would you do differently?: Need swim lessons Transition 1

Comments: Awful run...knee gave way at mile 5, really not enough calories on bike. Walked some and used bathroom on course. Terrible run. What would you do differently?: everything Post race
Warm down: Got pulled pork sandwhich and walked 2 miles with bike and gear to car. What limited your ability to perform faster: Preparation Event comments: There were 2 waves of male orange caps. With the cluster I jumped in with wrong group resulting in disqualification. I went with orange capped males, my mistake. I was supposed to go with second set.
