 Comments: even though course was wet in some places because of rain, still a great course. What would you do differently?: I hurt my back and knee three weeks prior race, i could not exercise for race none since last tri. I'm also getting a indoor trainer soon.  Run 
 Comments: Did ok for five miles and knee started popping due to hurt during work. Slowed way down try not to hurt knee more. What would you do differently?: try to keep from getting injured at work, this way i can train more.  Post race Warm down: cool rag on head and a cool peach to eat.
