i did great! best 5k for me! Thanks to Joe (?) i kept running more than half or it. Joe - some guy doing the 70.3 that jumped in and ran the 5k with me so he could learn the course ... great guy!! I hope he did well!

more running during training ... not that i know i can!

i didn't think this race was supported by the city as well as it should have been. not many people out cheering us on. i made sure my family was out sunday to cheer and support the 70.3 athletes.
