need to work on transition. need to work on no socks. first time with tri top and it helped big time! Best t1 time this year.

first major down hill with a turn i crashed but did not get hurt. had to start a climb at the bottom of the hill which took a lot out of me! then was a little nervous about any down hill turns.
What would you do differently?:

let a little air out of the tires for traction.
