Comments: Swim was not great! Could NOT get into a rhythm. I feel great training in a pool and feel I could swim twice this distance. I guess it is time to get some more open water workouts in :/ What would you do differently?: More open water training Transition 1

Comments: ummm...kind of embarrassing :/ Not sure what happened. I felt really bad on the run and had to stop a couple of times. In my bricks I was just under 8 min pace for 3.1 miles. I really need to find out what happened here. What would you do differently?: More training?? I don't know...I felt great in my runs coming into the race! Post race

Ate a peanut butter bagel and drove to the race site. Had quite a bit of water. Set up transition and did a little walking
Just did some stretching and then did a little swimming to get used to the salt water.
