Comments:

Best T2 too date with the exception the of the dude parking himself in my spot..waited for him to get the hell out of the way..other than that everything right on the money..sockless sprint shoes helped a ton here.
What would you do differently?:

nothing
Run
  • 24m 38s
  • 3.8 miles
  • 06m 29s  min/mile
Comments:

Hard pace mechanics..shot due to trail running..again sacrificed some speed due to heavy swim
What would you do differently?:

Easier swim pace
Post race
Warm down:

Quick Static stretch and walk around area to get heart rate down

What limited your ability to perform faster:

long car ride and poor swim performance

Event comments:

King Pine is good Sprint race..however it seemed to me that there were not enough aid stations, events ran over on time and the timing problems immediately post race were too many. In addtion, they compressed age groups arbitrarily when it came to giving out awards (I believe due to laziness)
