Swim
Comments: Not a horrible swim considering it was almost the same distance at a 70.3 swim. Just need to get in the pool more. What would you do differently?: More swim training Transition 1
Comments: Avg T1 for me. It's a long T area so it's tough to make this too quick. What would you do differently?: Keep at it Bike
Comments: Felt pretty good on the bike...especially the small hills. Didn't get passed by more than a couple of people on the climbs. What would you do differently?: Keep training Transition 2
Comments: Decent T2 for me. Would have been faster but I couldn't find my rack so I lost 30 seconds scrambling around trying to remember which one it was. What would you do differently?: See T1 Run
Comments: As always I SUCKED. Always fall apart on the run so I guess it is what it is. They did mismark the course so it was 6.64 miles instead of the usual 6.2. What would you do differently?: No clue...thought I was going to be better here. Post race
Warm down: Just tried to cool down. Ice, drinks...whatever I could find. Waited for the T area to open again so I could get my bike and get back to the hotel, shower and get the hell outta dodge! What limited your ability to perform faster: Sucking on any and all hot Tri runs. Event comments: Fun race...kick ass bike course...just really hot. Last updated: 2010-01-12 12:00 AM

Stayed at the same hotel as all of the AllTri group...the Radisson. Met the Tribe downstairs at 5am for marking, chit chat, etc. Had a yogurt parfait, half a bagel, OJ and a water for breakfast. Headed to Transition around 5:40.
None other than bullshitting with people.
