Comments: Big hill and long run from h2o to bike but it woke the legs up and was ok really, wont miss it if they change it though What would you do differently?: Not really sure Bike
Comments: Did alot of work on the bike but my run paid for it What would you do differently?: More mileage need this off season, more weights more muscle Transition 2
Comments: Decide to wear socks, good idea but was soked due to the rain, the socks added a little weight but still think they were better to have then not What would you do differently?: More aggresive, maybe Run
Comments: My run was very dissapointing, I tried to make some gains over the course of the year but I still struggled, this was my second time running 21km, one 1/2 marathon and the race day segment,,,,bad idea i thinks, more milage, needed, but for my first HIM run, and 3rd Tri (one sprint and one Oly) before this one, I learned alot and am really glad i did the race. What would you do differently?: Train longer Train Harder and learn to eat on the bike going up hill Post race
Warm down: Ate and drank What limited your ability to perform faster: Time to train and my own excuses, but I learnt from it I guess Event comments: I liked it and had an OK time, the event and accomidations sort of broke the bank and will deffinetly make it hard to get into the longer distance races in the future, will most likely be limited to 2-3 total race a season, two cheap little ones and 1 longer good one like this.
