Used a two beat kick for all but the last 2 minutes. Then cranked it to a 6 beat kick.
What would you do differently?:

I liked the way it went. I needed to stay a little more focused through the middle and pulled a little harder.

Good Race would do again. Only thing would be nice is that they had some sort of weighting of the events so that it wasn't just distance.
