Comments: Felt good, a little fatigued at mile 7,8, and 10 What would you do differently?: Not throw water all over myself, it made my shirt stick to me and restricted breathing Post race
Warm down: Just walked around, had a few beers, etc. What limited your ability to perform faster: I took two weeks off, starting three weeks prior....only had one week of running again before this race. Ate a whole peanut butter power bar 2 hours before the race.
Ran for 10mins at 7:30pace for a warmup. Stretched for 20mins.
