Comments: First 3.0 took it around a 10:00 min pace... wanted to save some for the last 3.2 miles. At mile 3.0 I picked it up and started pace clock and ended up with 7:09, 7:06, and 7:00. Avg out to be 8:10 for the 6.2 miles. Not bad but I know I would have probly pushed a little more earlier in the course What would you do differently?: HR monitor and pace better Post race
