Didn't feel I sighted well on this one... stayed to far to the inside and had to come back to the buoys a few times. Might have lost some time.

More hills on this course so I needed to come out of aero to shift on the lowers more.
What would you do differently?:

The back brake was rubbing some so I loosed it.. probably too much, so should have tested it more.

Took a bit to get into a groove. The run through the trees was longer than expected... Newtons didn't offer much for support in that area.
What would you do differently?:

Push before the trees.

Warm down:

Hung with some of the TeamZ folks and headed home... another fun sprint but I left with thoughts of going long.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

as usual... more training
