Comments:

wanted to set a new PR since I knew the course was a good one. I usually start too fast the resort to run/walk (more walk) round mile 18. Ran with the 4:15 pace group and was hanging in until mile 20 when a porta john break caused me to fall back. I just was not able to catch up but only losing 3 mins with a stop is not bad (for me).
What would you do differently?:

Since the temps did warm up should have dealt with the cold a little more and worn a lighter shirt

Warm down:

grabbed some gatorade/water/bagels and walked back to the car

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Nothing/set a new PR and ran the entire course (walked through a couple of water points)

Event comments:

This is one of the best races for support several neighborhoods also set up stations. very well organized and will continue to race next year. The only downside is a VERY small expo.
