Swim
Comments: Felt like I didn't do very well in the swim, but took over a minute off of last years time. What would you do differently?: Definitely need more swim training. Transition 1
Comments: Was worried about the long trek to the bike mount and running in my bike shoes, actually did pretty well, it was just crowded and couldn't do it as fast as I wanted to. Bike
Comments: Felt I had a good bike, wanted to avg 19mph, did 19.7, knew that run would be hard afterwards, but knew I had strong legs and would just do the best I could Transition 2
Comments: Had no idea how long it took until results were up, felt pretty good, no issues What would you do differently?: need lace locks Run
Comments: Really suffered on the run, I just was over heating, and got a stitch aroun dmile 2, HR was really high, just had to keep running to get it over with. What would you do differently?: I think I need to practice running after a hard bike ride and while it's hot outside Post race
Warm down: fluids inside and outside What limited your ability to perform faster: heat and humidity Event comments: Very pleased overall, I cut over 5 minutes off of last years time, but have room for improvement in all events. Last updated: 2010-03-31 12:00 AM
