Up @ 3am, had coffee and oatmeal, in the car by 4. Racked bike and got #s ready, then worked registration til 6:45.

Warm down:

Walking, eating, drinking and cheering for the winners.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Weight gain the last 3 months -- I went from lowest weight since h.s. to highest weight. Frick.

Event comments:

I used to rank better in running than riding -- I guess joining a cycling team is helping. I think I need to focus on shorter distances and work on speed since I think that's my strength. Love Racing Underground events -- a smaller group of fun people!
