Swim
Comments: I definitley had trouble sighting at times. I wanted to do the who swim with out break freestle but I had to breast stroke a few times to get my bearrings. My pace was definatley my slowest but I felt like I could continue at the pace for a while. I was saving myself for my workouts ahead of me too. What would you do differently?: try to stay to the inside of the bouys and follow people instead of worrying about the buoys. I would like to practice drafting too. Post race

Ate PB&J about 2 hours before hand with a peach and then a powerbar 60 min before hand. Knowing that I was going to do a brick that day I wanted to bulk up on the calories with out getting to full.
Though we could I didn't get in the water to warm up. I figured that the first half mile could be my warm up.
