Well, first I started running the wrong way, then I dropped my goggles and cap, and I had a little trouble getting off the wetsuit, so not the best overall

I was feeling a little uneasy at the beginning of the run, and the calves were a little tight. I think my gatorade on the bike was not diluted enough. I was hoping to run a little faster after my PR the previous day, but all in all a good run

Had to leave early, and was told I'd won my age group(since Marty Gaal was 2nd overall), but apparently I got 2nd. Good overall race, still have a lot to improve, but happy with the overall result.
