run was GREAT - i passed a ton of people. Which is why I feel I could have exeretd more energy on the bike.

need to work on hill training.

out for a sunday drive on the bike - need to be a little more intense and competitive with it.

Event comments:

Great first race! Did it in under an hour, and my goal was 1:10. Very pleased with myself. Need to cut 5 minutes or so off my time, to place better.
