Strong current and my sighting was off. Foggy goggles and a foot cramp didn't help!

Two flat tires just 5 miles into the course. I only had 1 spare tube so I was forced to go back to the transition and get another tube...and start the bike portion over again. Actual bike time once I got going again was 2:49:44 (13th in age group)

Comments:

I was upset over my bike problems and went out too fast. I began to overheat and then my feet were soaked by someone spraying a garden hose on me to cool me off - major blister problems the last half of the run. Ended up walking the majority of the last 2 miles.
What would you do differently?:

?????? Start off slower - try to avoid getting me feet wet - not much I could do about it being 95 and sunny!
