Comments: started very slow trying to catch breath, very slow jogging for first 2 miles, last mile was much better, finished very strong What would you do differently?: do more coasting on bike trying to get breathing under control, will be training on longer distances to help control breathing Post race
Warm down: collapse at finish line! then drank 3 free beers and felt much better.
