the worst fun EVER!!
What would you do differently?:

had too much Heed in my drink on the bike...cramped towards the end of ride and the ENTIRE run. tried to stretch stomach, walk it out, run slow, just move, but nothing worked.

well, found out after race that i was registered as a male from houston. should have caught that the morning of the race when i noticed the swim cap was a different color from the other girls. not too impressed with captex celebrating its 20th anniversary and having all their issues.

Course: 300 m longer than advertised. didn't even think to check water temp. before the race. should have worn a wetsuit...couldn't feel fingers and toes towards the end of the race. should could feel the extra distance!! wish we knew before the race.
