Comments: Ran 13.1 one year ago and finished 2:02. This year, I was pacing a friend, loved the slow easy breathing throughout. Wonder if slooow runs are good fro distance training? Also excited to do more sprint work since starting soccer. What would you do differently?: Nothing - maybe grab more banannas at the finish? Post race
Warm down: Hot tub and pool for a few hours with kids. Can't beat it. Felt great day after, slight soreness in heels left over from soccer.
