Pre-race routine:

wake my groggy self up. even though this race is a short drive, lucky for me it was a short drive to the race, so wake call was only 4:45am ;-)

didn't do much other than eat a cliff bar and sip accelerade/green tea
Event warmup:

not much here, bathroom line and race brief took up most of the time before the race. managed to get in a few strokes before the swim start.
