  • Comments: This was my first race, so there is nothing to compare it to. I will say this though Headquarters Battalion, Marine Corps Base Hawaii did an outstanding job in their planning and execution of this well organized event. My hat comes off to a JOB WELL DONE!!!!!!!

  • Comments: They had a few issues at the start and with the bike course apparently. I really didn't notice any bike course issues. For the event overall, I was pretty satisfied with the race.

  • Comments: I gave this race a 4 because it's only $40. What do you expect for such a deal. It was on a marine corp base, so the marines were most of the support crew. Awesome job by them...there must have been at least 75 of them helping out.

  • Comments: I've been pleased with both races I've done at MCB. The marines who "volunteered" at each race would smile as you passed by or give you an encouraging word. I'd certainly do more races held on this base.

  • Comments: The Marines always seem to put on a good race. And although I'm pretty sure they were "voluntold" to be there, most had a smile and were very friendly. I'll be sure to do this again next year.
