Comments: ran to bike. glasses on, helmet on. swiped feet on towel and put on bike shoes. ran out of trans. What would you do differently?: remember to start garmin ![]() Bike
Comments: Felt pretty good the entire distance. Averaged over 19 for the first time ever but I think the bike route may have been shorted a little. Did feet on shoe fancy dismount and sure enough the left shoe popped off. It does that every time I try that fancy dismount. What would you do differently?: dont do s fsncy dismount. ![]() Transition 2
Comments: did feet on bike into t2. didnt know where the run start was and started to run the wrong direction. What would you do differently?: do trial run and know where all exits are from trans ![]() Run
Comments: I felt good and ran strong. There was alot of muddy areas to get around. It was tough to pass someone and at the same time not step in a mud puddle. After the run I felt a pain in my left calf. I think I may have tweaked something. What would you do differently?: do trial run and know where all exits are from trans ![]() Post race
Warm down: Free hot dogs, whewww hewww. Took team photos and watched the raffle. I didnt win but my girlfriend won a bike helmet. What limited your ability to perform faster: nothing. I do not think I could have improved. Event comments: great race. There was one aid station with water for the run. There was none for the bike. The after race activities were great and they even gave us a medal for finishing. I guess the worst thing was the muddy run but overall it was a good event. Last updated: 2010-05-10 12:00 AM
