Pre-race routine:

Didn't sleep much, got on site at 5:15. Bike was racked last night. Checked air in tires, took off bags (did rain there overnight), set up transition gear, went to check out buoys for swim. Transition closed at 6:30.

Started mid pack, had aqua socks and had practiced with them.

didn't need to wash feet. didn't need to drink and fuel. a little different order to putting things on.

No sleep. First time experience.
