Comments: Probably my worst swim ever. I couldn't control my breathing. I felt out of breath from the start. I was really uncomfortable. There was Lake grass growing from the bottom of the lake to the top. My hads and body were gong thru it. Grass was getting stuck in my watch. What would you do differently?: I have no freak'in idea! Comments: Took to long getting on shoes. Slow T1 What would you do differently?: No shirt Bike
Comments: Only about the 6th time I've ridden my new bike. I'm pretty happy with my bike ride. 18.9 avg with hills. I need help on the hills. lots of practice What would you do differently?: Keep practicing Transition 2

Comments: I will always hate loop courses. Pretty decent course though. One tough hill in the middle of the course. Called the WALL! What would you do differently?: Pretty happy with my run. I ran almost as hard as I could. Probably the hardest that i've tried on a run after a bike Post race
Warm down: No water at the end of race. They did have gatorade and were trying to go and get the water. Walked around some. What limited your ability to perform faster: Need to work on swim and hill and run intervel training Event comments: Everything was great, but at the end of the race at the Finish Line there was no water. This was my worst pre-race routine ever. Waited for friends to show up. Didn't eat till 9:15. Didn't eat pasta, had to eat meditarainian food. Worst pre-race ever. Huuughhhhhhh!!!
