  • Comments: Great race even better for the price. Others from out of town rant and rave about the race location and how wonderful it is.

  • Comments: Awards and give aways took forever with kids around and with heat. Very calm and relaxing atmosphere. Good vendors and free food (chicken, pasta, bread, water, gatorade, ice cream, bananas, cookies).

  • Comments: By the time I got to the finish line, no bananas and no orange slices. Left with only the hot food which was OK.

  • Comments: Being the first Triathlon I can only compare to 5k's that I have run and I would say that this ranked up there with the better run events I have attended. Only comment that I have is that having attended several marathons, not run, it is a nice gesture to hand out medals to all that finished and they did not do this. They did a great job with volutneers out on the bike course, had people stationed at each turn to help with traffic, not that there was a lot, but it does provide a good feeling knowing that there others out there watching out for your safety. Would definitley recommend this event to anyone.

  • Comments: fun race, enjoyed the swim and the bike, the hill on the run was a killer, received a 3rd place medal in age group (was lucky, in any other age group, my time wouldn't have medaled), good to have wife and kids there to watch as well

  • Comments: Everything was great, but at the end of the race at the Finish Line there was no water. Had to wait a little while for it. Had to buy T-Shirt, none in diddy bag. Overall good race.

  • Comments: This race was very well organized and upbeat. This was the 4th year for it and it has grown exponentially from approximately 50 racers the first year- 100 racers the second year- 172 racers the third year & 230 this year. I was told by someone that this was the most difficult Tri in the area but the organization & scenery make it worthwhile!!
